Gavin Meacham
Managing Principal, Director of Permanent Search

Gavin founded MindSpring Partners in 2009 with the vision to create a firm that provides clients, candidates and employees with a unique, knowledge-based recruiting partnership. With ten years experience at a national, full-service search firm, Gavin built and managed the Financial Services practice focused on all areas of financial, professional and consulting services. Over the years Gavin has developed a reputation for having a principled, honest approach that delivers exceptional service to both clients and candidates. Gavin enjoys working with clients that understand the value of their people and in having a responsive recruiting partner.

Casey Chism
Principal, Director of Technology Consulting

Joining MindSpring Partners in 2010 as a Principal and the Director of Technical Staffing and Consulting, Casey combines over ten years of experience building professional, technical staffing services. Prior to joining MindSpring, Casey was Owner/Director of Technical Staffing of Catalyst Staffing Solutions, an IT Staffing Agency. He also served as Vice President of Technical Staffing at a national, full-service staffing firm, where he successfully launched a technical staffing division landing key accounts and building a professional team of technical recruiters and account managers. Casey has deep experience in leading technology staffing practices aligned with business-technology consulting, staffing, and human resource outsourcing.

Diane Klementowich
Principal, Director of Temporary Staffing & Administrative Search

Joining MindSpring Partners in 2010 as a Principal and Director of Temporary Staffing & Administrative Search, Diane leads the Temporary/Flexible Staffing and Direct-Hire Administrative placement practices.  Prior to MindSpring, Diane spent 5 years as the lead Business Development professional for the Administrative division of Addison Search.  She also worked for 5 years as the Senior Business Development Representative for Global Employment Solutions’ temporary staffing division.   Her senior status in the industry offers a sense of security and real advantage to those who work with her.  She has extensive knowledge of recruitment while still maintaining the enthusiasm and fresh perspective of someone new to the business.  She is a strong communicator, extremely attentive and has an unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction which is evidenced in her loyal following of clients and candidates.

Anil Puli
Director of Recruiting

Joining MindSpring Partners in 2010 as an IT Recruiting Manager, Anil brings ten years of experience, expertise and nuance in the IT field. With a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Anil has a solid foundation to both effectively qualify candidates and understand client needs. Prior to joining MindSpring, Anil was a Partner/Recruiting Manager at Innovyte Technologies, Inc., running a full-desk, where he successfully staffed full-time technology positions for small to midsized firms. Prior to that, he was an IT Recruiter at Global Employment Solutions, where he was part of a team that kick-started the IT Division in Chicago. Anil has met and exceeded expectations in each role. His work-ethic and ability to find the right candidate quickly are strengths that he brings to the table every day.
